Healthcare Almanac Installation Support

There maybe a time that you must install/reinstall Microsoft Components that are required for Provider Almanac. Normally, you should only install these components if requested by Client Support.

Install/Reinstall Microsoft Framework 4.6

Select "Save" to download the file or select "Run" to install the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6 (Full Version 32 and 64 bit).  If the framework is already installed, you are asked to repair the current installation or cancel, otherwise the framework is installed.  The Microsoft Framework 4.6 is available for download directly from www.Microsoft.com.  If you saved the file, go to the download location and execute the downloaded file.  The download filename is dotNetFx46_Full_x86_x64.exe.


Install/Reinstall Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Runtime

Microsoft Report Viewer is used by many Microsoft products to print/preview reports or display reports in Excel, Word or PDF. Select "Save" to download the MSI file or select "Run" to install the software from the Microsoft website. Please follow the on screen instructions. There are no options to select. If Microsoft Report Viewer is already installed, you will be asked to repaire the installation.


Install/Reinstall SQL Server CLR Data Types

Microsoft SQL Server CLR Data Types for used by Microsoft Report Viewer to display the new SQL Data Types. Select "Save" to download the MSI file or select "Run" to install the software from the Microsoft website.  Please follow the on screen instructions.  There are no options to select.  If the SQL Server CLR Data Types are already installed, you will repair/replace the installation.


Install/Reinstall Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014

Select "Save" to download the file or select "Run" to install Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014.  You should elect the "Windows Authenication" option and you should use the default "Instance".  Please use the default options only.  If you can not use the default options, please contact us.  This software can be downloaded directly from www.Microsoft.com.
