HA Website Profile Screens consist of one summary Main Profile Screen divided into sections. This is a long screen with 6 sections. The sections have buttons to the 9 supporting screens with detailed provider information. The 9 supporting screens show the top of each screen. The names of the screens are listed below. The sample screens are for Hospitals. The hospital screens are much larger with more detail. The other providers for SNF, HHA, ESRD and Hospice have similar screens.

To Access the 9 supporting screens, you need a Subscriber Agreement with a user ID and password. You must login to access the supporting screens.

Profile Screen Sections

There are 5 Profile Screen sections that provide summary/sample information for the 9 supporting screens. The sections are the Heading Section, KPI Section, Financial Section, Charges Section and Cost Section. On the sections are buttons to the Supporting Screens but the buttons are images and do not work.
