The Healthcare Almanac Product consists of three individual products: Healthcare Almanac Website, Healthcare Almanac Desktop and Healthcare Almanac Database. The combination of these three products provide a total solution to using CMS Medicare Cost Reports. This product is designed to provide a source of Business Intelligence and Healthcare Analytics for healthcare consultants, hospital associations, internal auditors, strategic planning, cost report preparers, financial analyst and marketing organizations. The Business Intelligence information is summary and detailed financial information for all healthcare providers in a market area or market segment. The Healthcare Analytics information includes rankings, KPIs, percents and charts where appropriate. This healthcare information is accurate, reliable and comparative information that is valuable to your hospital clients. The goal of HA Website is to provide ""summary" Cost Report information for all CMS approved Medicare/Medicaid Providers. The goal of HA Desktop is to provide "detailed" Cost Report information with reports for reference, analysis and comparison. The goal of HA Database is to provide cost report data to HA Website and HA Desktop. The HA Database is available as Microsoft SQL Server Data in a Microsoft Azure DataCenter. Users with SQL programming skills can create and add data to their own data products. Businesses with Subscriber Agreements can add HA Database data to their own data products. Businesses can provider HA Database data to their prospects, clients, vendors and contractors. HA Website Overview

HA Website has data for Hospitals, SNFs, HHA, ESRDs and Hospice. The website can be searched by a quick search button or an advanced search screen of Healthcare Providers. The Healthcare Providers have Profile Information, Financial Statements, Key Performance Indicators, Cost Report Worksheets and Cost Report History. The Website also has a geographical organization by National, States, Counties and CBSAs with profiles/totals of each Geography. The healthcare provider's information is available with 12 years of historical data. The healthcare facility cost report data is submitted by the Healthcare Providers directly to the CMS - Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Then the cost report data is obtained directly from CMS - Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services website after processing and settlement. HA Desktop Overview

HA Desktop has data for Hospitals, SNFs, HHA, ESRDs, Hospice, CMHC, FQHC and Clinics. The HA Desktop has three sections; Summary Section, Cost Report Section and POS - Provider of Service Section. Each Section has reports that consist of Reference Reports, Custom Reports, Compare Reports and Analysis Reports. The HA Desktop has Report Screens in each section where your can select a Cost Report Year, Providers and Line Selections to create reports. The HA Desktop has Provider Selection Lists and Cost Report Line Selection Lists to make creating reports as simple a possible. The Cost Report information is available with 12 years of historical data. The healthcare facility cost report data is submitted by the Healthcare Providers directly to the CMS - Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Then the cost report data is obtained directly from CMS - Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services website after processing and settlement. HA Database Overview

HA Database is the source of all CMS Cost Report data for the HA Website and the HA Desktop. The HA Database has all the CMS Cost Report data for all approved CMS Medicare/Medicaid Program providers. The goal of the HA Database is to provide users with access to Microsoft SQL Server Data from a Microsoft Azure DataCenter. The CMS Cost Report information is available with 12 years of historical data. The facility cost report data is submitted by the Healthcare Providers directly to the CMS - Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Then the cost report data is obtained directly from CMS - Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services website after processing and settlement. Businesses with Subscriber Agreements can add HA Database data to their own data products. Businesses can provider HA Database data to their prospects, clients, vendors and contractors.
